Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Products) — Lumani Impact

1. Overview

Lumani Impact (“we,” “our,” or “us”) sells digital eBooks and downloadable digital content. All products are delivered instantly after successful payment. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund rules differ from physical goods. This policy explains when refunds may be granted, when they are not available, and how to request support.

2. What you are purchasing

When you purchase from Lumani Impact, you are purchasing:

A digital product (eBook or digital content)

Instant access via a download link and/or email confirmation

Personal-use license (non-transferable) unless otherwise stated on the product page

3. No refunds after successful delivery or download (standard rule)

All sales are final once the digital product is delivered and/or downloaded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A product is considered delivered when:

A download link is provided on the order confirmation page; and/or

A download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout; and/or

Our systems record successful access or download.

4. When we MAY issue a refund (limited exceptions)

We may issue a full or partial refund if one of the following applies:

4.1. Duplicate charge or accidental double purchase
If you were charged twice for the same product/order, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

4.2. Non-delivery due to a verified technical issue on our side
If you cannot access your digital download due to a verified platform or delivery error, we will first attempt to fix the issue (e.g., resend links, provide alternate access).
If we cannot deliver access within a reasonable time after troubleshooting, you may be eligible for a refund.

4.3. Corrupted file or unusable content (verified)
If the file is demonstrably corrupted or cannot be opened using common supported software, we will replace the file or provide a working version.
If we are unable to provide a working file, you may be eligible for a refund.

4.4. Material misrepresentation
If the product you received is materially different from what was described on the product page (not including subjective preferences), you may be eligible for a refund after review.

5. When refunds are NOT granted

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or not liking the style/tone of content

Lack of results or personal outcomes (digital content is informational/expressive)

Failure to read the product description, compatibility notes, or requirements

Issues caused by the customer’s device, software, internet, email provider filters, or misuse

Claims made after access, delivery, or download unless covered by the exceptions above

Attempted refunds after copying, sharing, reselling, or distributing the content (see Terms)

6. Order cancellations

Because delivery is instant, orders generally cannot be canceled once completed.
If you placed an order and immediately need help (e.g., wrong email typed), contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to assist.

8. Chargebacks and dispute resolution (important)

We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by resending access links, correcting email typos, or replacing a file.

Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and can restrict your ability to purchase from us in the future. If a chargeback is filed, we may submit evidence of:

Digital delivery confirmation (download link issuance)

Access/download logs (when available)

Email delivery records

Product description and licensing terms

Communication history with support

9. Fraud prevention and account protection

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of fraud or abuse, including (but not limited to):

Repeated refund claims after successful downloads

Claims inconsistent with system logs

Attempts to obtain content without payment
